Trainer
Ms Usha Menon is one of very few Asian resource developers with experience and expertise in both fund-raising and training with multi-national and multi-cultural exposure. She has helped launch fund-raising initiatives in several countries in Asia over the past decade. Usha is also a celebrated speaker and trainer on this subject and has presented at various forums all over the world. Usha’s passion in the area of domestic resource mobilisation led her to volunteer with The Resource Alliance, a 25-year-old United Kingdom based global not-for-profit organisation aimed at building the capacity of the voluntary sector in the area of sustainability of the sector through local resource generation. In 1998 she was invited to its International board, becoming the first Asian and youngest member on the Board. She is currently the Chairperson of the International Board of the Resource Alliance.
